  • The amazing OTI Pod

I am so grateful to have found Shaz and Ben singing about the joys of Af life on the OTI podcast. The open and honest stories of recovery and the promotion of life changing experiences by just giving up the booze had me hooked from day one. I plucked up the courage to join the community and can now proudly say I am almost 2 years AF. I’ve made the most amazing friendships with incredible people who share the same goal to experience life and the best versions of themselves alcohol free. This pod ... more

I started listening to this podcast when I decided to stop drinking nearly a year ago. It’s a constant companion that has helped me stay on course and has been such a big tool in changing my life for the better. • Listened since the start

This podcast is such a great listen and part of a wider community that I really get something out of. I like how Sharon and Ben are non judgmental and just relaxed and funny about it all. As a pervious ‘middle lane’) weekends mainly drinker and (hardly) never to massive extremes, it’s great to hear from others who want to be more healthy too

There's so much less noise in my head now, and I can deal with challenges more clearly and positively.
S3 Ep222: Steve Smith: Soberilliant
Q: How are you feeling about being made redundant?
I feel a massive amount of uncertainty, but I'm grateful that this happened now and not four years ago. I'm excited about the opportunities it may bring.

Q: What was life like for you prior to that point, before you stopped?
Life was good, but I did not consider myself an alcoholic; I struggled with moderation.
S3 Ep218: Elin Smith: What's Your Gut Telling You?

Those were moments like waking up to drunk texts that I'd sent and looking at them and feeling absolutely terrible.

Because many people might think that quitting drinking solves everything, when in reality, life continues with its challenges, and those need to be discussed.
