I have listened to many of your podcasts and I have tried several of your products at Paleo Valley. Everything is great. I am excited to be a part of your future endeavors and where they take us. I was diagnosed with MS several years ago. Can you think about doing an episode on this autoimmune disorder? Thank you so much.

  • Good topics, good content, positive vibes, and intention to find truth.

I wish the audio quality were better! These people need better microphones. Also, the conversations could be edited significantly. Trim it down to the helpful bits, please. Not all of us have time for an hour-long conversation when there are like two pieces of valuable information especially with audio quality like this.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Grass-Fed Beef Has 3x More of This Critical Nutrient (Shocking Results) with Dr. van Vliet.
Q: What are the main differences in nutrient density between grass-fed and grain-fed beef according to your findings?
Grass-fed beef tends to be higher in omega-3 fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, and certain phytonutrients, while the mineral content can vary based on pasture diversity and finishing practices. Overall, the whole-food matrix and pasture-based feeding can lead to meaningful different biomarker profiles in humans over time.
Is Your Bad Mood Actually a Nutrient Deficiency? with Julia Ross.
Q: How do endorphins influence mood and pain, and how do amino acids modulate them?
Endorphins act as the body's natural painkillers and mood boosters; amino acids like D-phenylalanine and L-phenylalanine inhibit endorphin breakdown and support endorphin production, which can relieve physical pain and improve emotional well-being.
Is Your Bad Mood Actually a Nutrient Deficiency? with Julia Ross.
Q: What is the most inspiring or surprising transformation Julia has seen in her 40 years of using amino acids?
Ross describes multiple profound outcomes, including a case where a post-addiction client stopped using crack within a week after a targeted amino acid treatment, illustrating the potential for rapid, meaningful changes in behavior and mood when neurotransmitter balance is addressed.
Is Modern Food Making Us Sicker? with Dr. Eric Berg
Q: How do you approach keto for different populations, including women?
He describes a flexible approach that prioritizes core eating, with keto and intermittent fasting as powerful tools but adjustable per individual needs, particularly around hormones in women.
Rethinking Saturated Fat and Healthy Aging with Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson
Q: Should people replace all saturated fats with C-15-rich sources, or how should they approach intake?
The data suggest a balance—not all saturated fats are equal, and maintaining a minimum C-15 level (about 0.2% of fatty acids) appears important; high-quality sources like certain cheeses and fish skin, along with targeted supplementation when needed, may help achieve this threshold.
