    I love these short and sweet, easy to listen to, episodes. Given that we all heal differently, I really like how Dr Gloria and Dr Heidi provide many suggestions to experiment with on your healing journey. I love hearing the inspiring stories of hope which highlight that healing and living alongside your pain is actually possible.
