  • Funny and entertaining

I stumbled upon “On the Runs” about a year ago while searching for podcasts that covered New England Running content. Eric and Erika and genuine and funny, and I’ve enjoyed continuing to listen to episodes on long drives and runs. Your most recent episode interviewing Jay, race director of Anchor Down, was just what I needed to hear to get me even more pumped the day before my first attempt at the race (which was a blast, by the way). Keep up the good work and keep the code brown stories coming.... more

  • Listening to these two friends talk sparks so much joy and happiness. Which I don't like because when I run I use anger and spite to fuel my record setting pace. It's hard to have someone as your nemesis when they make you smile and laugh while sharing interesting stories. Steer clear of this podcast if you want to win your next 5k ultra.-Chad Ultra
