  • Transforming

I went to a business meeting in January this year and Matt was the keynote speaker and extremely enjoyed.

This past winter while I spent remodeling my condominium I would listen to On Target Living podcasts. I’m 25lbs lighter and always eating on target. Thanks for transforming my life. Jerry

  • What’s wrong with my kid?

I found this podcast interesting with the exception on one concept mentioned. I think it’s pretty common knowledge that you do NOT want to keep your blood sugar elevated throughout the day by eating frequently. This, along with the SAD, is why people are overweight. They are constantly eating, so I am confused why the nutritionist said to keep the blood sugar levels constant throughout the day.
