I went to a business meeting in January this year and Matt was the keynote speaker and extremely enjoyed. more
I found this podcast interesting with the exception on one concept mentioned. I think it’s pretty common knowledge that you do NOT want to keep your blood sugar elevated throughout the day by eating frequently. This, along with the SAD, is why people are overweight. They are constantly eating, so I am confused why the nutritionist said to keep the blood sugar levels constant throughout the day.
Great information! Basic concepts for achieving great health !
Fantastic PodCast, so easy to listen to and information was truly insightful. Looking forward to many more! Thanks!
