  • Straight to the point

This is definitely not your average OCD podcast. Chris gives his honest thoughts and feelings with no filter, meaning it's rather potty mouthed on frequent occasions. This might not be to everyone's liking but it's exactly what's needed imo for those who are struggling longer term with OCD who need a Sergeant Major straight talking reality person helping attack their mindset. OCD sufferers need to fight the illlness face on and this podcast will rally the troops.

  • The best OCD podcast!

Chris provides such valuable information on OCD along with effective advice and treatments on how to manage it. I have learned so much from him and would not be where I am today without his podcast in addition to therapy. It’s mind blowing how much knowledge he has in OCD. I’m so grateful for the podcast.

Now, after 3.5 years on Zoloft, I tapered and quit. Last dose was 8 weeks ago, and my brain is on fire trying to adjust. OCD quickly worked its way back into my life more powerful than ever. I feel so scared and isolated and hopeless, and this - what you’re saying, what you’re reminding me of - is what I need. I don’t want to live a life on medicati... more
