I have recently started listening to this podcast, and Chris boils down the concepts and material in a compelling and easy to digest fashion. The podcast lives up to its name—straight talk about OCD. He is clearly an expert with extensive practical experience treating OCD and anxiety spectrum disorders. He has helped me to realize that compulsions are key to keeping the OCD system alive and that compulsions are a choice. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone seeking recovery from OCD.
