This is definitely not your average OCD podcast. Chris gives his honest thoughts and feelings with no filter, meaning it's rather potty mouthed on frequent occasions. This might not be to everyone's liking but it's exactly what's needed imo for those who are struggling longer term with OCD who need a Sergeant Major straight talking reality person helping attack their mindset. OCD sufferers need to fight the illlness face on and this podcast will rally the troops.
This podcast means so much to me and has helped me make meaningful steps toward OCD recovery. Chris’s messages are hopeful, and they motivate me to keep moving forward. I love that he’s sharing about Jesus too—listen if you want to progress in your OCD journey and be encouraged!
