  • More OT, less autobiography

I was hoping to hear more about the guest’s work in corrections and meditation but instead I got a rambling account of the host’s limited experiences and perspective on the topic. As a host if you talk enough that you lose your direction or have to ask the guest if there was a question in your monologue than maybe hosting isn’t for you.
