    I love it so much but omg the Chase Rutherford episode was unbearable .. should have left it at that 10/10 swag Dadaism episode .. listening to him talk in the follow-up it felt like my brain was melting out my ears .. tbf you guys did your best to keep the convo going but what the hell ! that was bad

  • Still not for me

    This podcast taught me all about "bimbofication hypnosis" and other things that a man of my age has no business knowing... (UPDATE 7/13: In the latest episode, they described an actor as being "not corseted" but having an "internal corset." They concluded from this that the man was, therefore, "snetch." At which point the one they call Biz remarked that the musical was "not giving cubism." ...I am now convinced that these women do not know what many ordinary words mean and are creating new words... more

  • I miss the group

    I’ve been listening to the pod since mid-2021. Overall the commentary has been really interesting and has made me think a lot about style and culture and the ways it evolves around it. The recent episodes have been more inconsistent tho. The ideas are still there but I miss the group discussion dynamic that made it such a good listen. Too many episodes are one of the hosts interviewing someone else and I find those less interesting. What made me fall in love with the pod in the first place was h... more
