Just because B wrote a few bad plays you don’t have to revel in him getting pinched like so many John the Baptists. During Advent we sing of poor shepherds bearing witness to a Heavenly Host proclaiming Peace on Earth Goodwill to Men! Also Reading Pennsylvania is pronounced Redding like the Railroad in Monopoly.

This podcast is fking awful. I don’t have any criticism that hasn’t been said before, but one star bc the way Dasha’s face is decaying and also how annoying these girls are talking about the subject motivated me to get help for my eating disorder. I just want to be skinny, not mistaken for some jaundiced fine lined Red Scare thot. So thanks for that

  • All Edge, No Point

They like to posture as contrarian, but it mostly sounds like private-school privilege and semi-Soviet cosplay wrapped around tired reactionary takes. What they call “edgy” is really just conventional racism with an ironic smirk.

And the way they prostrate themselves for the approval (and $ underwriting?) of guys like Peter Thiel is the opposite of subversive.

Podcast of Our Discontent w/ Thomas Chatterton Williams
Q: What do you think makes the left and right so polarized?
The left has lost its way, and its ideologies have been revealed as flawed, which has led to a perception that both sides are not evenly matched.
Podcast of Our Discontent w/ Thomas Chatterton Williams

My ideal audience is someone who's open-minded, without a specific political position, willing to engage with ideas and think through them.
Call Him Brandon w/ Zoe Kestan
Q: Do you think he's sober now?
I hope so because he was in a lot of pain, and I feel sad for him if he isn't.
Call Him Brandon w/ Zoe Kestan
Q: What was your best memory of the relationship?
It's all just dark at this point, but there were funny things too, and it’s hard to think about fond memories given the context.

Q: Why did you want to talk to Joe and tell your story?
To counter the salacious and often misleading narratives circulating about my relationship and experiences.
