  • Amazing evidence based podcast!

I am binge listening every episode. I love Dr. Belardo’s commitment to evidence based medicine and the medical guidelines, and to debunking all the misinformation and fraudulent claims that are on social media.

I noticed that she hasn’t made an episode since 2022, which makes me sad (it’s 2024), because this pod is that good. I subscribed to the pod anyway, in case she starts putting out more episodes.

I have my feet firmly on the ground and am in the proven-science camp so I have to bite my tongue a lot. I could give you all kinds of topics to tackle but here’s one I keep hearing about from one of my clients at the nonprofit... more

  • Great!

Love this! Please cover raw milk. It’s a new trend. I personally don’t drink cow milk but I understand some do. But in general if you could cover raw milk vs organic so people can see how dangerous the new trend of raw milk is. I know people giving it to babies and they don’t believe how dangerous that is!! Would love if you could have an episode with someone who studied dairy science. It’s a scary new trend imo, but moms are out there thinking it’s good for their baby bc of the influencers push... more
