I am binge listening every episode. I love Dr. Belardo’s commitment to evidence based medicine and the medical guidelines, and to debunking all the misinformation and fraudulent claims that are on social media.
I noticed that she hasn’t made an episode since 2022, which makes me sad (it’s 2024), because this pod is that good. I subscribed to the pod anyway, in case she starts putting out more episodes.
I am so glad I came across your podcast. It’s almost going to be one of the only ones that I need to listen to anymore. so informed so accurate and so many prestigious guests . Thank you so much

Would love if you could have an episode with someone who studied dairy science. It’s a scary new trend imo, but moms are out there thinking it’s good for their baby bc of the influencers push... more
