I’ve been a long-time listener to this podcast because I love hearing the hosts discuss books from the perspective of mental health. I appreciate their disclaimers about not necessarily speaking from a place of lived experience as well.

Good to listen
Fantastic podcast!
As trained psychologists, I love the thoughtful opinions of the books that Priscilla and Elise review. Their voices are very therapeutic (kinda wish they were my psychologists!) for the next book review I would like it if you could review Words on Bathroom Walls by Julia Walton - a short but gem of a book that touches on mental health (schizophrenia)
Priscilla and Elise have a strong emphasis on promoting good mental health and doing it through the medium of books is a cool way of going about it.
