    Liz Hernandez brings so much warmth and authenticity to these conversations and I am always learning when I listen, and honestly it feels like Liz is too. Liz is clearly a seeker and wants to grow while helping others do the same, and she listens and converses with curiosity and intent. I love the variety of guests and the conversations are meaningful and compelling. I personally always want to bypass small talk and get to the good stuff, and this podcast is full of the good stuff!
