  • Great but one thing…

I love these guys and the info they provide! The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the audio between the two hosts is so different. Matt’s volume is great, but every time Ryan talks I have to turn the volume up just to hear him. I also noticed they drop off the audio at the end of sentences to the point I don’t know what is said. But overall I highly recommend!

HubSpot Spent $100M on Creators — Here's Why (With Jonathan Hunt VP of HubSpot Media & Head of The Hustle)
Q: Why is HubSpot buying these media companies and how does the integration work?
HubSpot is building an owned media ecosystem to own surface area of attention, lean into verticals that map to HubSpot products, and align content with value-driven, lead-generating strategies rather than traditional advertising. Editorial independence is preserved, while monetization supports audience growth and lead generation.
$1M+ Email Marketing HACKS You’ve Never Heard Of With Daniel Bustamante
Q: What makes a cohort or live-format product work well?
Cohorts succeed when they promise transformation and accountability, enabling premium pricing while ensuring content is created in a practical, on-the-fly way that aligns with participants' goals.
$1M+ Email Marketing HACKS You’ve Never Heard Of With Daniel Bustamante
Q: How should you time and structure a post-launch downsell?
After a main launch, target on-the-fence buyers with a downgraded, self-paced version of the core product, delivered via a focused downsell sequence to lift overall revenue.
$1M+ Email Marketing HACKS You’ve Never Heard Of With Daniel Bustamante
Q: What is the most underrated email tactic for lifting mid-launch revenue?
Expiring bonuses that are announced early and then expire mid-launch create urgency and pre-sell in the middle of the window, boosting mid-launch revenue without needing constant new content.
This Guy Makes $1,500,000 PER MONTH From Texting
Q: What makes SMS a viable revenue channel in media, and how should a publisher structure offers?
SMS should be used to promote a variety of offers rather than duplicating email content; a mix of advertiser offers and own products, with a constant stream of new or varied offers, sustains revenue and justifies the higher sending costs.
