Love this podcast, super helpful insights!!
I love these guys and the info they provide! The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the audio between the two hosts is so different. Matt’s volume is great, but every time Ryan talks I have to turn the volume up just to hear him. I also noticed they drop off the audio at the end of sentences to the point I don’t know what is said. But overall I highly recommend!

The show centers on building independent media and education businesses by growing and monetizing audiences outside of traditional platforms. Episodes frequently explore durable business models for creators, from ownable ideas and personal brands to newsletters, communities, and live events, with tactical frameworks and real-world case studies. A notable strength is the mix of practical, repeatable systems and high-level strategy, often featuring guests who are builders, operators, and educators in the creator economy. It tends to resonate with founders, marketers, and creators seeking repeatable revenue beyond ads, alongside those running niche media properties who want actionable playbooks and event-driven monetization.
