I like the bite-sized guidance and reminders. I have listened over the years, keep it up!
This episode was definitely something that resonated with me. I have been going through a couple of seasons where I have been struggling with back to back changes, loss of a job, figure next steps, financial struggles. If has been rough. But when I heard thid episode, it made me feel a sense of calmness. That this is just a moment in life that is temporary not permanent. Thank you for such an awakening podcast. It really helped a lot.
As the title indicates, this review is a long time coming. New Mindset, Who Dis? has been a staple in my life for more than a year. It feels as if Case literally has a front seat to my life and produces episodes directly responsive to exactly what is happening in my world. He is grounded, thoughtful, insightful, funny and easy to listen to. Give it a go and thank me later.
I get a ton of value from Case’s podcasts. Reinvent myself in a year - that’s possible! I especially like his encouragement to teach my brain to see who I am by taking new actions. Ty, Case! Do you have a newsletter?
I’ve been listening to Case for years (since Chicago) but I’m starting to feel like the content isn’t as helpful or groundbreaking as it used to feel.
Also I’m just curious why him and his gf still aren’t married - how old is he? They’ve been together for years. It feels a little Peter Pan ish/afraid of commitment for someone who gives dating advice to women
