I have been through a lot and only now finding that things in my life may be down to un diagnosed ADHD. This podcast is helping explain A LOT!!! I am now on a weird road as the realisation is explaining past experiences and its a hard road to drive down as at times I beat myself up but these podcasts ground me and help me understand why i did something.
