    I have been through a lot and only now finding that things in my life may be down to un diagnosed ADHD. This podcast is helping explain A LOT!!! I am now on a weird road as the realisation is explaining past experiences and its a hard road to drive down as at times I beat myself up but these podcasts ground me and help me understand why i did something. Thank you for all the help! You have no idea how each episode resonates with me!

    As an adult with ADHD Inattentive type I have come to prize rubber meets the road advice and this podcast is meeting my needs. So far the methods and techniques work well for me when dealing with my specific problems.

    She is pleasant to listen to and paces herself just right for me to follow her and fully understand what she is getting at.
