    I’ve always been really interested in holistic health and using food as medicine but with SO much misinformation out there and so much contradictory stuff on the internet, it’s hard to know who to trust and what’s right. Until I found Ali’s page. I trust her research, I trust what’s she’s saying. I trust that she will tell it straight and she lives what she says. I use her products, I still where I’m getting better. All around great information and really glad to have found the podcast.
