Love this show! This podcast is a great way to explore yourself in a way that one can really relate to and find easy measured steps to our core identity and how to recognize the bad blueprinting that can keep us stuck or in chaos. Thank you and keep up this great work!!
I liked Yitz’ podcast content and thought I’d reach out for help with narc abuse. Didn’t last beyond 2 sessions. He was surprisingly argumentative about how I was describing my emotions and then remained invalidating after I thoughtfully and in a benefit of the doubt kind of way spoke up about that, which took some courage bc that’s what I hadn’t been good at in relationship for a long time, hence falling for narc abuse. Very disappointing and quite the emotional setback :(
This is literally THE greatest tool that has helped me heal from my 15 year struggle with a narcissistic family member- whom is also my next door neighbor. I finally feel equipped to liberate myself from her dark stronghold on me. Thank you so much, Yitz, for guiding me to find my light, my strength, and my confidence to embrace myself and return to always choosing love. You rock!
I first found Yitz a few years ago and I related so much to his story as we share similar family history. I value his content and appreciate his honesty and knowledge. It helps greatly with healing the soul.
dangerous podcast for most victims and survivors of narcissistic abuse. he really blurs the lines between narcissists and victims and it could easily trigger self-gaslighting and self-blame, so take care of yourself. his views are also super cisheteronormative and misogynistic…lots of broad claims about mothers, fathers, masculinity, etc, without any consideration of queer or trans folks. there are many better podcasts on narcissism, abuse, and healing if you are a victim!
