The Naming the Real Podcast is about doing just that: rightly naming the beliefs, attitudes, practices, and behaviors that will help you transcend our cultural anxiety and lead a flourishing life, for the sake of the world.

I listen to tons of podcasts and can truly say this is my absolute favorite!!
I was having a bad day and a friend recommended this podcast. What a wonderful reminder of what life is suppose to feel like despite the daily things that bring us down. Calm guidance on how to make little changes that can start you back on the right path!
This podcast is excellent. Brandon artfully delivers profound messages that are thought provoking, educational and inspiring. It’s gritty, beautiful, and offers wise guidance for living a meaningful and present life. I wish there were even more episodes to absorb because they help center me and get through the days.
I love this podcast. The topics are fascinating. It allows me to take a deeper dive into psychology and learn not only how brains work but also feel connected to other people, knowing they have the same tendencies as me.
I pair this podcast with my Calm app (meditation) and find it really relaxing and energizing as we begin our seasonal change into wintering: darker nights, colder days. This podcast is warm and cozy, like a wood fire in a cabin.
