  • Relevant. No gimmicks. No fluff.

    Marcus speaks in a way anyone can understand, isn’t trying to hype you up, pump you up, or sell anything including hoop dreams. He seems to be one of very few who addresses fat loss MAINTENANCE. ANYBODY can LOSE weight. But can you keep it off? His points seem valid for a lifetime not just a little while.
