Every gig I have ever seen. Forty-odd years of thud, sweat and beers. Or you like Industrial and Post-Punk music in general, there will be something here for you to check out. I'm Roger Quail, I grew up in Sheffield and played drums with Clock DVA and The Box in ... more

A fascinating and humorous journey into the golden era of new wave through the eyes of someone who lived and breathed it. Thanks Roger!
Every one a gem. Perfect portals to the past . Each with chortles galour.
Got into this podcast about a year ago and thoroughly enjoy it. I'm from that era (born 1960) and I've heard of but didn't see most of the bands discussed, but the script is really evocative and I love Roger's dry delivery. I look forward to every new show, and hope there are lots more to come!
This is a fabulous collection of beautifully written memories of some great alternative gigs in late 70s and early 80s
Love the pod Roger, brings back many great memories of Sheff, gigs, bands, pubs...haircuts and those gardners Charlie & Terry that I frequently breakfasted with in Graves. So why no Thirst on Spotify ? Should be there- best album from early pioneers....hotly pursued by Cabs & Comsats obvs.
