Muscle intelligence has changed my life - not only by providing me with a wealth of knowledge on fitness and health but also by giving me the confidence and character to make myself in to the man I want to be. I have completed every episode of both muscle intelligence and muscle expert and wait eagerly each week for new uploads. Ben I will be forever grateful for the knowledge you have made available to me.
This is one of my favorite fitness podcasts. The quality of the content and guests is outstanding, but the audio quality makes it difficult to listen to (for me). I find myself listening to there podcasts with lesser quality content just due to the better audio. It isn’t terrible, it just sounds like he is in a tunnel. Hard to explain. Having said that, I think Ben does an excellent job and covers the topics that are important to me.
