  • Listener be ware

Every once in awhile I pop back into this podcast thinking maybe I can just get some fitness info. Lo and behold, I turn on one episode and less than 5 minutes in, it is Mike fanboying on Ted Kaczynski. Cool. I learned my lesson and will continue to seek fitness information elsewhere and spare myself the wild political commentary. Maybe you should have a whole separate podcast about politics. That seems like it would be fun for you.

  • Doesn’t stay in it’s lane

This podcast purports to be about fitness, health, muscle building but randomly veers into the creator’s fringe political views without warning. The wellness/fitness content is pretty solid but this unwelcome distraction does not align with the show’s description and detracts from the overall value.
