I couldn’t stand this any longer. I moved over to impact of Influence, which I love. I feel sorry for Liz as she is a great writer and very talented. The show would be nothing without Liz Farrell
I get tired of hearing them bash other media outlets. Come on… if you really believed in yourself would you find it necessary to do this ? It’s immature and unprofessional.
I came to this podcast after watching the Hulu series, and I can’t stop listening. As many have said, the narrator is a journalist, not a professional podcaster; however, I can get past that in order to hear her important and courageous reporting.
This has been the ONLY podcast I have listened to on my daily work commute for weeks!! I love your honesty, humor, and David’s voice acting.
In my opinion, this podcast trades much more on supposition and insinuation than actual fact (as they were known at the time the episodes were recorded). The host seems to lack objectivity, inserts herself into the podcast, offers only a glimmer of fact, and provides little substantive evidence. And while she bills herself as an investigative reporter, each episode is replete with the host’s subjective opinions and characterizations.
