I have only discovered this podcast relatively recently but have already listened to a dozen or so episodes! I think there is a really great and diverse selection of topics.
My only suggestion - if the intro is going to be >15 minutes, it would be helpful if the actual start time is linked in the episode notes (idk anything about rugby or sport generally or your school mates).

Watched the YouTube channel for a few years before realising there was a pod too. Pretty good! The topic selection is generally great (I’m interested in Australian politics) and usually learn something new in the deep dives. Could get to 5* if the other two lads read the research notes before the pod :) I don’t mind the banter - keeps things from being a lecture. Keep up to good work!
You have excellent content and you’re clearly well-researched, with some really strong topics.
That said, I’m still not sure what the podcast is trying to be — is it a focused history/deep-dive on specific events, or more of a casual chat and banter between friends? At times it gets frustrating because it drifts off track and loses the thread.
