I’m 4 episodes in and absolutely in love with this podcast. I so appreciate the production history sprinkled in and the variety of frameworks used to analyze the films. It makes me want to rewatch the entire Pixar opus, and also challenge my preconceived notions about what “kids’ movies” offer.
Just caught wind of this podcast, and I'm really enjoying the approach of the podcasters. Very fun and informative reviews imbedded in an enthusiastic conversation.... two thumbs up 👍👍
Love the chemistry between this couple as much as their in depth analysis of the movies which form the building blocks of childhood. Tae and Josh play off each other well as they riff on ideas at the heart of some of our favorite stories, society, and ourselves
This podcast is like picking up your adult kids from a movie and listening in to their fresh insights, impressions and jokes all the way home. 10/10!
