Brad is very professional and really does his research on the artist/ band. Had the chance to be on his podcast numerous times and each time is fun and memorable! Everyone give the MOG a listen and checkout MD musicians through the MOG
The MOG is an invaluable resource for regional musicians and those who want to keep up with local artists putting out fantastic music. Brad is a gracious, funny and relaxing host. Though I admit to being nervous, he helped me relax enough to hope I get invited back! Check out this episode to hear amazing stories and songs from J.D. Sage and Luke Roberts. And then check out the rest of the podcast. There’s so much talent out there, and the MOG is putting it on display! Five stars all day long!
I have had the pleasure of being a guest on a couple segments of the Mouthful of Graffiti podcast and it’s been a fantastic experience each time. Brad has such a knack for bringing out the best in every guest with his thoughtful questions and thorough research. Keep up the great work, my friend!

I had the pleasure of being a guest on The MOG podcast, and it was truly an honor to contribute to such a fantastic mission. Brad's dedication to showcasing local talent and supporting artists in our community is commendable. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of this initiative and appreciate the platform he provides for all things local.
I was honored to be asked to be on the MOG. Brad is a huge supporter of local music and an incredible musician in his own right. It didn’t feel like an interview, just two guys talking about their passion for music and the local scene. Thanks for what you do Brad!
Awesome, I love it
Brad is a very fine interviewer who asks smart, insightful questions, all of which made me sound a lot more interesting than I really am. As a guest, what more could you ask for? The show itself is A LOT of fun, loose when it needs to be, but always with an intelligent through-line on the larger theme(s). And of course Brad is doing us all a favor by finding, curating, and archiving the thoughts, attitudes, ideas, and work of musicians and other creative types here in the mid-Atlantic area. My girlfriend, a local musician was featured on the podcast and I was lucky to be asked to be a special guest at the last minute. We had a great time talking to Brad as he kept the show fun and entertaining from start to finish. It’s clear how much MOG cares about music and the music community at large. I recommend this podcast to EVERYONE!
It was an honor to recently be interviewed on The MOG podcast. Brad Cox is not only a talented musician but he’s also genuine, witty and authentic which shines through in the way he conducts his interviews. He is doing a great service to the East Coast music scene and I look forward to listening to more episodes!!
There’s so many local podcasts to listen to here in Maryland. This is by far the most entertaining and interesting one around. Not sure how someone gave a 1 star. It was probably Trump.
Brad really makes sure he knows a lot about his guests and asks good questions and starts great conversations.
Not only did I enjoy being interviewed on this podcast so much but I also thoroughly enjoy listening to each and every other episode of this podcast! Getting to know and listen to other local artists be interviewed is the coolest thing ever!! These are great to listen to while driving to work or cleaning the house or even while eating a meal- aka they liven up the every day monotonous tasks of our lives- and hey, that means that these make the smallest, simplest moments awesome and entertaining!... more
It is no surprise that this podcast was voted as being one of the best in Maryland. Host Brad Cox does thorough research on all of his guests and comes up with questions/topics that allow his guests to feel comfortable opening up. You don’t have to listen long to realize that Brad was made for this and is a terrific host. It’s been amazing learning more about the experiences and stories behind so many of the musicians and creatives in the tri-state area!
Having been a guest on the MOG as well as a consumer of the show, Brad does a great job of making his guests feel comfortable and diving into conversations about their art. It’s a fresh feeling to hear about another artist in your area talk on a level that you may not get to experience yourself when interacting with them.
