  • What a gift

This podcast has been like cold water on a hot day, I feel nurtured and seen throughout the discussions. I have learned so much and feel connected to a body of women who are in the same season as me - what a gift

  • Informative and empowering

I’ve listened to the first few episodes of the Motherness podcast and have thoroughly enjoyed the real and uncensored fourth trimester experiences of interviewees. These mothers honestly, and in some cases heartbreakingly, share their experiences of miscarriages, labour, sleep (or lack of), breast and bottle feeding, bonding and postpartum depression. Not having many Mum friends I found listening to these stories and experiences made my feel less alone in my own fourth trimester experience.

  • Only listened to first intro episode and I’m intrigued

Sounds like this podcast will fill in the gaps of traditional antenatal education and allow are splintered community to reconnect over a common journey. I’m currently studying to become a postpartum doula hence why I stumbled upon Motherness.

  • Just beautiful

I’m halfway through my pregnancy and hearing the stories of all the mothers and the experts is truly such a blessing on my journey thus far. I am so grateful I was recommended to listen. It’s provided such a holistic perspective about the fourth trimester. Thank you so much. I’ll be continuing to listen to the podcast throughout the rest of my pregnancy, and look forward to returning back to some of my favourite episodes. • The postpartum podcast you didn’t know you needed

This is absolutely brilliant! Making mums feel not alone, normal for having an unsettled baby and not being able to do anything other than feed. Hits the nail on the head so many times with what life with a newborn is like. Cannot wait to hear more!
