    Love this podcast. Very informative and interesting. These guys and their guests are taking a host of experts in various fields that are part of or connected to baseball and tying it all together. They’re connecting dots and using science to help guide athletes to get healthy and stay healthy allowing for maximum performance. Lots of helpful and actionable info to mine from these episodes.
