As it’s always been Jake ruins the show. Keeps trying to be funny and it’s awful
Used to be a big fan of the show but these guys are insufferable to listen to now and constantly expose that they don’t know ball. The company has become focused on clicks over true, in-depth content, it’s truly sad.
As soon as I hear joez’s voice I have to turn off the pod. He is a zero value add to the show.
Please stick to talking Yankees baseball and stop wasting time with mindless, wayward and boring podcast slop. Trying too hard to be clever and comical. Jimmy talks too fast, Jake’s volume is way loud and the other guy straight up mumbles!
Having prediction markets involved as sponsored is so sleazy. Disappointed jimmy and Jake. Shame.

The show blends in-depth baseball nerdiness, fan banter, and sponsor reads, often featuring guest interviews or cameos from players and industry voices. It's known for rapid-fire takes, inside-baseball references, and running jokes that keep conversations light even when dissecting complex strategic decisions. The format appears to regularly mix postgame breakdowns with broader season-long narratives, making it useful for listeners who want both tactical baseball insight and behind-the-scenes team dynamics. A standout quality is the approachable, fan-driven banter paired with data-in... more
