Who is buying this, “you are my co-hosts” b.s.? Just listen to him greet callers, he reeks disingenuous, he’s a terrible actor. The wally head Kay is an enigma. Just as he’s never had a condiment, no piece of clothing has ever looked good on him. It’s amazing. An arrogant buffoon talk show host, a mediocre play by play guy, but somehow a tremendous interviewer (Center Stage). “Mike. How many times do I gotta tell ya. Stop wearing my sister Donna’s sweaters. You’re stretching’ out the shou... more

  • Love the show Michael

I honestly think that you’re better on your own than the old show with the other guys. Focuses on Sports, rather than all the other fluff

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Hour 1: Yankees Lack of Trades + Jesse Rogers
Q: What did Jesse Rogers think about the Yankees' deadline approach versus other teams?
Rogers said he didn't have a big problem with the Yankees' moves, noting that they added offense with Garcia Jr. and Ramos and that catching was addressed less aggressively. He also highlighted that health and return of key stars could shape the season and that other teams made bolder moves, but that the deadline isn't the sole determinant of playoff success.
Hour 1: Dan Rourke
Q: What is your level of confidence that the Yankees will address the trade deadline needs and identify two bats plus a catcher?
Dan Rourke expressed cautious optimism, noting that Cashman generally acquires players at the deadline and suggested specific targets while acknowledging that outcomes depend on market dynamics and the health of key players like Judge and Stanton.
Hour 2: Herm Edwards
Q: Coach, what needs to feel noticeably different in year two for the Jets under Aaron Glenn?
Glenn needs to stabilize the defense with clearer leadership, better in-game decision-making, and help from the coaching staff to ensure the defense can be competitive without relying on one-on-one hero plays; the goal is to be in the hunt rather than out of it by December.
Hour 1: Joez McFly
Q: What do you think is the hesitation from the Yankees to be as aggressive as the fan base wants?
The hesitation stems from balancing price, prospect value, and risk, while trying to avoid overpaying for rentals or gutting the farm system; they want to upgrade, but not at the expense of long-term roster depth.
Hour 2: Mark Cannizzaro
Q: Did Balogun deserve the red card, and how did the VAR decision affect the US's World Cup chances?
Cannizzaro and the hosts conveyed that Balogun did not deserve the red card, the VAR misused in slow motion review, and overturning the decision restored Balogun to play, improving the US's chances against Belgium.
