  • Best during the Yankee season.

I miss the banter with the old show guys, Michael gets into these rabbit hole social media rants and the callers are unbearable but for Yankee stuff, it’s hard to beat Kay.

Hour 1: The Schlitt
Q: What is the plan for Cam Schlittler going forward given the pitch count and back stiffness in spring?
The plan is to gradually increase his workload to reach starter territory, with close attention to preserving health, which may include limiting innings per start and monitoring back stiffness while still developing his role in the rotation.
Hour 1: Jorge Castillo
Q: What did Jorge Castillo think about the Dodgers' chances this season?
Castillo suggested the Dodgers are highly talented and loaded, but not unbeatable, acknowledging that Seattle could challenge them while predicting the Mariners may reach the World Series.
Hour 2: Howie Rose
Q: Did you agonize over it?
Yes, I did and I have for the last few years; it was a wake-up call after bladder cancer and I decided retirement is the right path, though I'll miss the day-to-day and the connection with the fans.
Hour 1: Dan Orlovsky and Speedy Claxton
Q: What did you think about Geno Smith's fit for the Jets after the trade?
Orlovsky explained that Geno is a steady, experienced quarterback who can make a team competitive week in and week out, but the long-term impact depends on surrounding support and whether he can sustain performance, with a potential need to pair him with a veteran backup for continuity.
Hour 2: Bruce Pearl
Q: What actually translates to the most success in this tournament for those filling out their brackets?
Pearl says that defense, rebounding, and consistently strong execution in matchups matter most, with teams needing to defend, rebound, and make shots to advance.
