  • Great energy and banter

The sarcasm and humor on the show can be A1. The camaraderie the guys have mantra the shoe a great listen for starting your morning and getting into your routine. There are days where I want less banter and more sports talk/deep dives. Dave’s sports knowledge is admirable though. I understand why he gets paid to talk sports.

RJ is so annoying on so many levels . I wish the guys would stop giggling at his annoying comments because they aren’t funny . I fast forward SyM and when he talks in general

  • Used to be good

I used to really enjoy listening to this show when Canty was on. After his departure, Dave and Rick turned it into The Voice, where all they want to do is spend half of the show talking about nonsense and their own drama. Rick is annoying AF and acts like a petulant child. If I listen at all anymore, it’s on fast forward on the app.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Hour 4: Cade Klubnik & Fat Jack
Q: What is Fat Jack's take on the Cowboys this season?
Fat Jack expressed a strong anti-Cowboys stance, suggesting to bet against them and indicating they are overrated, which he ties to broader strategy of looking for early-season divisional dogs and mispriced favorites.
Hour 4: Cade Klubnik & Fat Jack
Q: What should bettors look for in injury risk projections this season?
Bettors should focus on three-year loss trends, roster age, and schedule travel to estimate which teams are likelier to stay healthy, then weigh this against the potential upside of teams with healthier rosters.
Best Of: 8/12/26
Q: What Jet draft pick has the most career receptions in pro football?
Kishon Johnson was identified as having more catches than Santana Moss, with the caller eventually settling on Justin Morneau for a separate MLB MVP-related question, but the Jets' most receptions answer was clarified later as Kishon Johnson, with Dan acknowledging the correction.
Best-Of: 8/6/26
Q: What are your thoughts on Jackson Dart's development and the Giants' offense this season?
The hosts acknowledge it's early in camp and that a new offense takes time; they're optimistic but cautious, noting the quarterback's growth and the need for time for the system to take root.
Best-Of: 8/5/26
Q: What are Connor Rogers' thoughts on the Jets' quarterback situation and next steps?
He emphasized evaluating quarterback prospects based on traits and potential, suggesting Cade Klubnik could be a viable future option if development is right, but he remains cautious about predicting immediate impact.
