  • Lay Out!

Show is cool. It was much better with Alan Hahn because he let the callers talk. Carlin doesn’t give the callers enough time to get their points off before he cuts them off or hangs up on them entirely. Lay out a little bit and let the callers get their 30 seconds

  • Best show on radio, terrestrial or otherwise

I loved Bart & Hahn, but I gotta say, Bart & Carlin is just as good, if not better. Bart remains the funniest guy on radio, the man with two first names. He’s got the hood creds, and I hope he never loses it, because he makes it funny even though he’s a rich boujee dude now. But he’s also super smart even though he plays it down. Because we know you can’t be funny unless you’re smart. And oh, he knows more football than anyone else on the air. As for Carlin, I remember him from the Canty show an... more

  • Love Bart, Carlin full of hot air

Carlin has no chemistry with Bart. Bart and Hahn was a far better show. Carlin is just full of hot air. I feel bad for Bart.

Extremely disappointed with the direction this show has gone.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Hour 3: Tim Bontemps Joins the Show
Q: For game three, what would concern you the most about a Cavs team that has been very good at home in the postseason?
The concern is their offensive firepower and their ability to shoot, even when their big scorers are limited; they have the talent to win multiple games if they get hot from three and don't give Brunson clean isolations.
Hour 2: More Trolling Bart & Carlos Boozer Joins
Q: Carlos Boozer, it's Chris Carlin and Bart Scott on ESPN in New York. How you doing?
Boozer shares reflections on his son Cameron Boozer's upcoming NBA draft journey, his experiences with Duke, and being part of the playoff conversation, offering candid perspective on development and environment for young players entering the league.
Hour 2: Tim Bontemps Joins the Show
Q: You picked the Sixers in six. Explain yourself.
Tim explains that the Knicks' late-season run and the Sixers' ability to balance shooting and interior scoring could decide the series, but he cautions that shot selection and aggressive offense from Embiid and Maxey will be pivotal in game two.
Hour 3: Jordan Reid on his Top NFL Draft Prospects
Q: Who is the best player in this draft, your number one prospect in the draft?
Jordan Reid identifies Jeremiah Love as his top player, followed by Caleb Downs, emphasizing Love's dynamic versatility and pro bowl potential over positional rankings.
Hour 2: Dexter Lawrence Impasse & Field Yates Joins
Q: What is the current status of the Dexter Lawrence contract negotiations?
The consensus is that there is an impasse; teams will test the trade market and may seek premium picks, but a deal hinges on balancing player value with cap implications and the Giants' willingness to move forward without him.
