    The host, "Tom, the Savings Captain," has had a long career in Wall Street, and passes on that know-how to listeners in a generous and helpful way. He explains bits and pieces of his own investing methodology, gives lots of examples, and also has frequent and really interesting guests with various viewpoints - all of which has helped me refine my own investment approach (I've gone on to follow podcasts from two of his guests).
