I just discovered this podcast a couple weeks ago! I’ve been a wannabe runner, (more realistically, a walk,jog,shuffler) for several years. Deb is teaching me the basics I’ve been lacking. I’m hoping this work will eventually turn me into a real runner at age 60. Great info! I love the upbeat joy for running that I hear in this voice.
