    Several years ago, I started following this podcast because each episode focuses on a specific useful running related topic. Coach Voiles gives practical advice that helped me understand how I could continue to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of running while avoiding injury as I age. I love and appreciate this podcast because it educates and motivates me to keep enjoying my outdoor runs despite set-backs due to illness and age.     I find myself always coming back to listen to these podcasts. Coach Deb voice is calming and the information she provides are priceless. Everytime I feel as if I’m losing my mojo for running I listen to these and it reminds me why I got into running to begin with!   • The more you listen, the more you want to listen!

    It’s now nearly a year since we wrote our previous review so we’re now 61 and 71 from the south coast of England. 71 has now completed 50 5K Parkruns and has started getting ready for his first 10K next month. 61 has made slower progress due to some setbacks but has become exceptionally motivated in recent months and will no doubt be racking up those 5K Parkruns once the current group training programme comes to it’s official end. more
