I legit listen to this podcast during work when I’m by myself. It’s so enveloping and attention holding. I’ve caught myself laughing out loud while I’m listening and that hasn’t happened in a good minute.
I love the story (I’m almost done with Season 1, no spoilers). It’s nice to have a ttrpg podcast that’s not DnD. I love the characters and MC. (Bill is my favorite.)
Mistconceptions showcases the wonderful City of Mist TTRPG in a way that has you searching for clues, willing on the Crew and supporting this amazing Cast. Wonderfully MC’d by David White and played to perfect by the group, the Crew overcome personal crisis and tragedy to try and thwart a plot that would affect the entire city. What are the Cabal’s plans, who are its members and what can the Crew discover about it all. I’m hooked and recommend this Podcast wholeheartedly.
Great show, fun cast, compelling story, and a great introduction to the mechanics. Love you guys!
It’s been a long way coming to the end of this epic but it’s been worth it! Stick with the couple of sound issues near the start and you’ll be hooked.
