The perfect podcast to listen on your drive to work! It’s not only educational but also produced really well! Highly recommend! ❤️❤️
I happened to discover this podcast and what a gem it has been. The podcast has rekindled my interest in history and colonialism. Kudos to Nikki’s eloquence and Hanisha’s sound effects.
I listened to the whole series. I loved it. I found it through suggestions from Apple podcasts for Asian awareness month. I hope that you will be able to produce more.
As somebody looking to learn more about Indian history - the challenge has always been finding accurate information presented in a palatable way. The challenge being that much of Indian history is cloudy with many different opinions of what “really happened”. Podcasts that I have found that try to be accurate end up being boring or lengthy. Nikki keeps it entertaining while providing some fascinating stories and her own theories on some unique snippets of Indian history !
I absolutely love this podcast. I know very little about South Asia but the stories are told in a way that is easy to follow. The narrator has a fantastic voice and is so clever.
