Great podcast. My go-to for morning meditation. Variety of approaches and voices keep me interested. Sincerely hope The Rubin Museum doesn’t shut down these podcasts when they sell the building.
Stumbled across this podcast when looking for some guided meditations that I resonated with. Love the links to Buddhist art, philosophy and teachings, but still keeping things pertinent to our ‘modern’ lives. Prefer some teachers to others, but that of course is fine and it’s about what works for you. Miss seeing Sharon Salzberg on here. Come back Sharon! 🙏
I think the teacher’s name is “Sharon Salzberg,” not “Sharon Slazberg,” as in the show notes… ; )
This is one of my favourite mediation podcast. It’s very unique and comprehensive with various themes, artworks and teachers. Will definitely visit in person next time I’m in NY!
These are amazing! Great balance of quiet and talking. Love doing these first thing in the morning. Thank you!

A contemplative series that blends art and meditation, guided by prominent teachers and framed around works from a renowned Himalayan art collection.
