This was the best mindfulness podcast for me. I loved Shaun’s humor, approach to guided meditation, and soothing voice. I honestly feel a little lost without his regular episodes, as this was the only mindfulness podcast that I connected with. I hope he’s happy and well, and that he comes back someday.
The content creator clearly has a deep love for mindfulness and has a lovely lilting voice. I’ve listened to much of the podcasts so he’s clearly doing something right. I’d like to know how he became a teacher - Oxford? Bangor? Self taught? If the latter I would approach with some caution.
