My 10 year old struggles with big feelings and settling in to sleep, so we decided to try some mindfulness. She and I listen together and it works wonderfully. We jokingly call it “Michael’s Minutes” because that’s what she originally thought the title was. 😆 However, John, the host, has the most genuine, soothing voice and presence. We’ve tried others, but this one is simply the best.
The past few months I have started my mindfulness sessions with my therapist and during this journey I have found this source. There is no noise or nonsense to it - it is peaceful, authentic, and has guided me in so many ways since I’ve started this practice. Thank you for being a guide of calm meditation and teaching us that this practice is accessible. 🙏🏼🤍
