  • Finding this Podcast got me on the road to recovery.

    I was on Day 10 of struggling with sleep. The point where I was mentally exhausted and the fear and anxiety were at my highest. Bought sleep aids, pills, talked to my doctor, endless Google searches and felt nothing was working. Found this podcast via a Reddit group and listening to and reading up on Beth’s ideas got me on the right path to get past this.     I started with the free email course and immediately signed up for the paid course. Beth can relate to everything insomnia related.
