    Finally found someone who can help with my insomnia! I have been suffering for 25 years and have spent a fortune on pills, sprays, courses, hypnotherapy etc etc etc. however, Beth strips insomnia back to it being a brain survival mode rather than a broken brain

    Which can’t ever sleep again! Currently devouring the entire series,feeling much

  • Grounded, comforting and practical sleep advice

    I am a 39 year old woman and I’ve suffered from insomnia on and off since the age of 18, when the dread of leaving home for college was the first event that disrupted my sleep patterns. I’ve managed throughout the years but recently found Beth through a google search of “brain retraining insomnia” as I was coming out of a recent bout of sleep issues.
