  • Never change!!!

These guys are legit. Out of all the running podcasts I’ve listened to, this is by far the best one and one I keep returning to! Rational, evidence-based, and plain FUN! They have already challenged some longheld beliefs I’ve had that weren’t serving me on running and training! The episodes go by really fast. Great long run listening material! Just a pleasure and a delight, thank you for all your hard work, guys!

  • Love the MicroCast!

Love the podcast!! I joined microcosm coaching a couple of months ago and it’s been life changing for my running. The podcast gives some good advice and is something easy to listen to during my long runs or when I need (and have time for) a break at work. I really appreciate all the hard work that goes into the research for the info that they provide during the podcast as well. ❤️❤️

  • Long time listener, first time reviewer

I appreciate MicroCast because Zoe & TJ are relatable humans who share evidence-based findings from peer-reviewed journals and their own hard-earned personal experiences with the sport. It’s a nice mix of pizza references, mindset coaching, stand-up comedy, and research - I dare you to find another podcast that can boast the same. The ‘Hot or Not’ feature is just plain fun, and the take-aways offer actionable *free* advice for folks like me who are currently self-coached. In a space overcrowded ... more

  • Could be biased.. but

I suppose I could be biased because Zoë is my coach, but the MicroCast is a great place to get great training info from two amazing coaches that have seen it all. I usually catch up on the pod while running and end up laughing the whole time and ruining my recovery runs because it adds effort to the run. Sorry Zoë 🤦‍♀️
