  • Everybody needs this knowledge

I discovered this podcast when I was researching why my fit and healthy husband developed bowel cancer that resulted in a hemicolectomy. I’ve learned so much but most importantly that cancer and other diseases rarely appear out of the blue and there’s so much we can do to prevent it by paying attention to our gut health. It was here that I learned about the link between heart disease and bowel cancer and the link between gut health and Alzheimer’s disease which I’d love to know more about. It... more

  • Brilliant content

Great evidence based podcasts. I have learned a tonne. As an ophthalmologist, most of the content are exciting and interesting. Would be great to hear more about microbiome on the eye. The best thing about this podcast is that it is not trying to sell any product nor are they trying to please their sponsors. They do not need to sensationalise facts to draw more listeners in as they do not have sponsors for the podcasts. Please keep up the amazing work.

I’m a huge fan of this podcast. It’s inspiring to hear all the emerging science and the important voices on this topic. As a steward of antibiotics, it makes the work I do feel more relevant than ever but more importantly this is a fun way to take in the microbiome topic.

I loved the time travel episode!! Thanks for doing this work!
