今回は「卓球が強くなるために必要なのは、質か？量か？」をテーマに議論しました。
社会人卓球では限られた時間の中で練習しなければなりません。だからこそ「質を高めるべき」という意見もあれば、「まずは量を確保しなければ始まらない」という考え方もあります。

宮城県新体連卓球大会・県予選を終えての振り返り回です。
一般の部に「みちのく」として出場し、3位で全国大会出場を決めました！
なぜ一般の部を選んだ理由、そして、大人になってから同じ目標を持って集まることの意味とは何かを話しました。
