香槟发源于法国，但是起泡酒却是意大利的最为丰富，意大利起泡酒种类丰富，还有几十种之多。对意大利人来说，起泡酒就是生活的一部分，从微起泡到全起泡，从干型到甜型，数十种风味的起泡酒，为生活增添了润泽和丰富的味道。
副牌酒的原文是Second Lable，2nd Lable。是指很多名庄酒的子品牌，绝大部分是名庄酒的中低端子品牌，名庄们为了拓展自身产品线，主品牌向下延伸之后的产品。
