Excellent podcast!
I’m a young 20 something childless person who was happily introduced to this podcast a while back. Even though I am not a parent, this podcast is a really great listen. While comedy plays a big part in this, some touching and even emotionally heavy topics have been discussed, making it quite insightful at times.
Love all of the guests and their insight funny and entertaining
Funny dudes, great topics, and the manscaping commercial is awesome!!!!
So glad I stumbled on this podcast, thanks to Sandy’s appearance on the Crabfeast (f-the CRabfeast, 5-Stars!), It was perfect timing. I was going through the pregnancy and birth of my daughter the exact same time and pace that Sandy was welcoming Shilo. I have been religiously listening to this podcast since then and the weekly “support group” has been amazing and informative as well as hilarious. I love getting tips, tricks from all these funny dads and it has changed my perspective…no one know... more
It doesn't get much better than listening to these two and all the fantastic guests that come on. You guy's are my therapy, but I'm the one listening the whole time, so I'm like the Therapist, but my mind is being healed and guided. Just finished with the Owen Smith episode and I'm slowly catching up to the most recent, which will be a sad day, as I will have to wait between episodes . After 40 shows of hearing you guys telling me to Rate & Review I finally am. If any potential listeners are ou... more
Love this podcast so much! I love that it’s a perspective from dads, which we don’t get to hear from enough. Sandy and Avery are hilarious but very relatable too. Keep up the great work!
It's without question that Avery & Sandy are both just as smart as they are funny. And then combine that with their legit awareness & empathy as husbands and fathers (and as considerate people) and it makes for such a great, laugh out loud podcast. It also doesn't hurt that they have HYSTERICAL guests, each with unique parenthood perspectives and experiences. Also, it's beyond obvious that everyone loves being invited on and has a blast doing it.
BUT, the best part of the podcast (no offense... more
Absolutely love Avery and Sandy! These dudes are so down to earth and hilarious in real life and on the podcast. Amazing comedians and super cool dads. My fav episode is with Khalyla from Tigerbelly! Keep it up guys💜
Best birth control ever. I am no where near ready to start thinking about having kids, but I am still so entertained by the positivity of two dudes just trying to understand women and children. I can't say how much I appreciate it. Y'all are hilarious. Keep up the good work!
Wonderful to listen in on your conversations with Kaci!
Avery and Sandy are very funny! It’s so nice hearing there different perspectives on parents a newborn to a toddler. I really like the interviews and can’t wait to see what’s next!
The interview with Kacy Boccumini was extremely disrespectful! I don't think it's appropriate or funny to be laughing and making immature jokes when someone is pouring their heart out about their partner delivering their baby that passed away. The jokes aren't funny they detract from the story and aren't clever. I'm usually pretty easy going and enjoy a bit of banter but this was just beyond good taste. Lack of talent and empathy from both hosts. 1 star or less
Cool podcast. You both sound like awesome fathers! I had my first oopsy baby at 21, got married, finished my nursing degree then had my second baby after five years of trying. Life is weird. But parenting is the most amazing and wonderful (and hilarious) part of life.
This podcast is hilarious!! The hosts make me laugh out loud and cry emotionally like a parent. I’m always excited for Sunday’s when a new episode comes out because it keeps getting better and better.
