I discovered Mentally Stronger not so long ago, and after just few episodes, I’ve already realized a lot of things about myself. I truly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to learn more about themselves and grow mentally stronger.
Amy has a simple way of explaining complex topics to her listeners so that you feel informed and included. She never “dumbs things down” and uses real science to back up what she and her guests discuss. I love that the strategies are actually REAL and not all theory. I love this podcast and appreciate Amy’s point of view so much! BTW- her books are great too.
I am excited to begin this journey listening to the “Mentally Stronger with Therapist Amy Morin”. I believe any opportunity we can find to be the best version of ourselves, we should take advantage of it and this is where God has led me. So far, episode one has been great and we will get through all 300+ episodes. More to follow.
I've been following Amy for quite a while after she wrote her book, which is great. Her candor and transparency are refreshing in a world full of confusion and placating. This show, along with her "13 things" have been transformational for me and is something I often reference in my business, family, and podcast. Thanks for all you do, Amy. Can't wait to see what's next.
Mentally Stronger is an incredibly smart, enjoyably science rich home for anyone looking to build resilience in a chaotic world that is constantly testing your mental and emotional strength. Amy is an absolute delight, who blends the perfect balance of clinical expertise and lived experience wisdom. Oh and she records her pod from a sailboat! How amazing is that?! Pop this empowering pod into your rotation, you will be thankful you did.

The show delivers science-backed strategies for building mental strength, resilience, and emotional intelligence, guided by a therapist host who shares both research and personal experience. Episodes blend expert guests, practical exercises, and actionable takeaways that listeners can apply to work, relationships, and daily life. A standout thread across episodes is the emphasis on tangible tools (e.g., boundary-setting, cognitive reframing, and routine-based practices) presented in a relatable, down-to-earth style. Notable is the host's sailboat studio setup and her mix of clinical insight with accessible storytelling, which can appeal to both self-improvement enthusiasts and professionals seeking evidence-based approaches.
