This is podcast was very helpful for me. I’ve been struggling making friends…I’m 42 and basically started my life over 16 months ago because I was on the wrong path. I will use these tips.. 1. Finding friends who are like me. 2. Be vulnerable, open, and trusting. 3 Making time for them because it’s important for my wellbeing and the strength our relationship.
