This is a great podcast. I really enjoyed listening to Johnny Benjamin talk a bit about his journey with mental health and the importance of relationships. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who struggles with mental health, or is interested in learning more about mental health.
As a general I really enjoy this podcast HOWEVER on the interviews where there is a panel you can hardly hear them. I’ve ended up just deleting these episodes as the volume is up FULL and still I can’t hear it understand what they’re saying.
I am deeply alone in my studies with a tutor who is unfeeling and disconnected to me She makes me feel powerless. But maybe she trying to strengthen me . Bottom line is I had a dream filled with hope that has not gone I am just sharing it with someone who making the journey painful I just have to find a way around this it’s not easy And it effects me talking therapy limited impact But the grains of hope still shine in me I just gotta stay focused and not let one destroy the dream
