Amazing podcast. I like how each episode is bite size and it’s not like listening to lectures, so I can listen to it while I’m doing housework or driving. Follow her advice on nutrition and lifestyle and you will be amazed. I like how her approach is realistic taking into consideration our busy lifestyle. Thanks Chanel for your amazing work.

  • The best and most relatable menopausal podcast

I absolutely love Chanel’s podcast. She is a local Australian lady who teaches from personal experience. A nutritionist and health coach who is herself going through menopause and is not afraid to share her story from the heart. Whether it’s the right food, exercise, sleep and so much more Chanel will help you on your menopause journey. If your 40+ you need to listen :)

  • Genuine and knowledgeable

Chanel tells it like it is. She is funny and real in her podcasts. She even tells on herself saying “I’m not even kidding.” She shares so much valuable information and is passionate about her “protein forward” mission. I have learned a lot. Also her podcasts aren’t super long. She makes her point! Highly recommend following Chanel!
