Thank you for this, I was beginning to think I was going crazy since my hysterectomy. I have been having some unexplained symptoms and have went to the ER with no resolution. You were correct my PCP just upped my Paxil which I have not seen any positive results from. I am glad to know this is a real issue for those of us in post menopause. I also enjoyed your hysterectomy series it was a great help for me before my surgery.
